How to refresh your cupboards or wood furniture without scouring?
It is possible to give a second life to your already finished furniture, doors, kitchen cupboards or any other woodwork without the hard scouring work. To do so, it is important to follow certain steps, in order to assure optimal results:
Stain your finished pieces:
Make sure the surface is clean.
Before you start staining, you need to be certain the surface is ready. In fact, you need to ensure that the surface is clean, dry and free of any dirt. To deep clean the surface, we suggest you use TSP, a cleaning and degreasing product. The TSPeco is ideal to prepare the surfaces before you apply a stain.
Test the color
The color shown may vary depending of the finish already to the surface. Before you start, we recommend you do a test on a hidden part of the surface to be stained.
Apply the stain
You may now apply the SamaN Hybrid stain, which by its unique formula, seals, stains and varnishes in one easy step. You can achieve a finish like a professional. Its formula with controlled absorption will assure a rich and uniform color without leaving any overlapping marks. The SamaN Hybrid stain is non-toxic, almost odor free, dries fast and will give richness and brightness to your woodwork. It can be applied to any interior bare wood surfaces, already stained or varnished doors, moldings, and cupboards even to metal or fiberglass.
Apply a second coat if needed
To get a darker finish, apply a second coat of SamaN hybrid stain. You can generally get the desired color with only one coat.
